When you install Soltrix B2B Suite, we automatically access certain types of information from your Shopify account:

• ▹ Customer Information: Names and email addresses strictly for rendering B2B order ledgers.
• ▹ Order Information: Order IDs, product details, and shipping methods required for 3D freight calculations.
• ▹ Store Information: Your store domain and basic configuration data required for authentication.

We use the collected information solely to provide and improve the App's core functionality:

• ▹ To calculate volumetric shipping dimensions and packing breakdowns.
• ▹ To enforce ERP credit holds via checkout validation.
• ▹ To maintain an accurate internal ledger of B2B transactions for the merchant.

We retain data only as long as you use the App. In compliance with Shopify's stringent data protection requirements:

• ▹ If you uninstall the App, we will automatically delete all associated store and customer data within 48 hours.
• ▹ We respect and immediately process all Customer Data Erasure and Shop Data Erasure webhooks triggered by Shopify.

We prioritize the security of your data. All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS. Data at rest is encrypted within our secure database infrastructure. Access to production environments is strictly limited to authorized personnel.
