Terms of Service

By installing and using the Soltrix B2B Suite application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.

Soltrix B2B Suite is a Shopify application that provides 3D freight packing algorithms, checkout UI validation for credit holds, and logistics management tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without notice.

As a merchant using this App, you are responsible for:

• ▹ Ensuring your products have accurate dimensions configured for the 3D packing engine to work effectively.
• ▹ Obtaining necessary consent from your customers to process their data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
• ▹ Maintaining the security of your Shopify account.

The App is billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis through the Shopify Billing API. All charges will appear on your standard Shopify invoice. You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App.
